Clients and delivery

Track the revenue, not just the placement.

From the submission that won the deal to the invoice it generates, the commission it pays, and the early warning that the account is slipping — all on the placement record itself.

Clients and submissions

Client records

Companies with stages, multiple contacts, uploaded documents, and control over which documents get sent onward. Light CRM where you need it, without a second CRM.

Submissions from templates

Build a candidate submission from a reusable template so it takes minutes and looks the same every time.

Internal sign-off first

Route a submission for approval with threaded comments, requested changes and resubmission — so nothing leaves at the wrong rate.

The client responds on their own page

A link, not an email thread you can't see. Revise and resend with version history intact; unanswered submissions expire on their own.

A client portal

Their own view of their own people and submissions, with every view and action written to an audit trail.

Acceptance becomes a placement

One step, no retyping, no new spreadsheet row.

Placements

Terms that don't rely on memory

Rates, contract dates, renewal terms and milestones recorded — with a full history of every rate revision, so what was agreed is never a matter of recollection.

Renewals surfaced early

Reminders at thirty, fourteen, seven and one day before a contract lapses, with automatic-renewal status visible.

Milestone check-ins

Prompts at the intervals that matter, acknowledged with one click from the email.

Weekly client reports

Generated and sent on schedule, so keeping a client informed isn't a task anyone has to own.

Knowing an account is at risk

Delivery scored weekly

Activity signals from the tools your placed people already work in accumulate into a weekly composite score, with alerts when it drops. Needs your tools connected — see below.

Client satisfaction per placement

Surveys sent on a link and tracked over time, next to the revenue that placement earns.

One screen for everything at risk

Weak delivery, contracts expiring, accounts trending badly and invoices overdue — the screen to open first every morning.

Tone analysis on client threads

Client email conversations analysed for sentiment, surfacing accounts trending negative with a confidence level and a written summary. Requires a paid third-party email integration.

Getting paid, and paying out

Invoices that raise themselves

Generated monthly across every active placement, printed, sent, and flagged the moment they're late. Invoicing your client is on every plan — moving up is about paying your own people, not billing your customers.

Commission nobody argues about

Calculated by tier from the placement itself, approved, paid, exportable — and visible to the recruiter who earned it.

Real payouts

Commission reaches a bank account without a manual transfer.

Cost and margin before you quote

Model the fully-loaded cost of employing someone — contributions, overhead, any intercompany markup — so a rate is quoted against real cost rather than habit. Shown in whichever currency you need.

Reporting

Revenue and analytics

Placement revenue, pipeline analytics, and a portfolio view per account manager.

Who's on the bench

People available and unassigned — the report that turns idle cost into a placement.

Export anything

Every report and the underlying data, on demand.

One deal, from submission to renewal

01

A client asks for a role. You model the fully-loaded cost and quote a rate you know the margin on.

02

You build the submission from a template, get it signed off internally, and send it.

03

The client responds on their own page. You revise once. They accept.

04

It becomes a placement — rate, dates, renewal terms — and the person is onboarded as an employee or contractor.

05

Each month the invoice generates and sends itself, the timesheet feeds payroll, and the commission accrues where the recruiter can see it.

06

Delivery is scored weekly. The client gets a report. Satisfaction is tracked. Anything slipping appears on the operations screen.

07

Thirty days before the contract ends you're reminded, with the delivery record in front of you — so the renewal conversation has evidence in it rather than opinion.

What needs connecting

Delivery scoring needs the development and communication tools your placed people use connected to us — a one-off setup per tool, done with signed secrets you can rotate. Until they're connected, the score has nothing to read.

Tone analysis needs a paid third-party email integration, set up per workspace. It's the one capability here with an outside subscription attached, and it isn't included.

Payouts and client payments need a payment account connected. Invoicing and commission calculation work without it.

Everything else — clients, submissions, the portal, placements, renewals, reports, the cost model — works immediately.

Client invoicing is on every plan. Clients, submissions, the client portal, placements, commission and the cost model start at Agency. Delivery scoring, renewal reminders, satisfaction tracking, the operations dashboard, tone analysis and the reporting suite start at Operator.
