Hiring

A complete applicant tracker. It just doesn't stop when you make the offer.

Everything you'd expect — jobs, pipelines, a board, a searchable candidate database, a careers site — built so the person you hire carries straight through into the rest of the system instead of being retyped somewhere else.

Roles and pipelines

Jobs

Unlimited open roles with custom fields, an owner, assigned hiring managers, and reusable description templates. Generate a first draft of the description from a title and a few details.

Pipelines you define

Build named pipelines with your own stages and attach a different one per role. Your process, not ours.

A board that works like a board

Drag candidates between stages, see the whole role at a glance, and act without opening records.

Scorecards and a recorded decision

Set review criteria before anyone interviews, collect a scored review from each panellist, and record the final hire or no-hire vote against the role.

The candidate database

Unlimited candidates, searchable

Custom fields, attachments, notes, full history, and search across everything — never counted against your bill.

A skills list that stays clean

Managed skills with proficiency levels per person, type-ahead entry, and the ability to merge duplicates and synonyms into one canonical skill.

Duplicates caught automatically

Likely duplicates are detected, compared field by field, and merged — with a history of every merge, so nothing is silently lost.

Talent pools

Group people into named pools, search them by skill and seniority, and bring last quarter's runners-up back for this quarter's role.

Getting candidates in

Your careers site

Hosted pages with your branding and search, plus a separate page per client company. A job feed and a public API let you embed the same listings in your own site.

Application forms and short links

Every role gets an application page and a short link you can paste anywhere.

Bulk and manual import

Import a spreadsheet using our template — duplicates caught on the way in — add people by hand, and export the whole database whenever you want.

Partner agencies submit directly

Give an external recruiter their own link to submit candidates into your pipeline. Attribution is automatic, and you can revoke access at any time.

Employee referrals

Your team submits referrals from their own portal. Track each one through to hire and mark the bonus paid.

Publish to your social channels

Connect your accounts and push a role out to them from inside the job record, immediately or on a delay.

Interviews and follow-up

Candidates book themselves

Publish your availability, send a link, and let them pick a slot on a page that needs no login. It lands on your real calendar.

Calendar in both directions

Connect your calendar and interviews are created and removed there, not just here.

Nurture sequences

Multi-step email sequences with delays and one-click unsubscribe. Enrol a person or a whole talent pool, and the sending happens on schedule.

Questionnaires and reference checks

Build screening questionnaires answered through a link, and email referees a structured form whose answers land back on the record.

Reach people where they reply

Send on email, text message or a rich messaging channel from one composer, using saved templates. Replies come back onto the candidate's record rather than one person's inbox.

Nothing waits on someone remembering

Set time limits per stage, see everyone waiting too long in an ageing report, and define rules that act on a stage change, on time elapsed, or on a limit being breached.

From opening a role to a decision

01

Create the role, generate a description draft, attach your pipeline and your review criteria, assign the hiring managers.

02

It publishes to your careers site, your job feed and your own website, and goes out to your social channels with a short link for direct sharing.

03

Applications arrive and are checked for duplicates automatically. Partner submissions and employee referrals land in the same pipeline, attributed.

04

You work the board. Rules fire in the background — a chaser sent, a stage flagged, a limit breached — without anyone remembering to.

05

Shortlisted people book their own interviews. Panellists file scorecards against the criteria you set before anyone spoke to anyone.

06

References come back onto the record. The panel records a final vote, and everyone who wasn't hired goes into a talent pool rather than into the void.

What needs connecting

Social publishing needs you to register an application with each network and paste the credentials in. It's a one-off per channel, but it's an afternoon rather than a click — and one of the major networks now charges for posting access.

Text and rich messaging need your own messaging accounts, and the rich channel additionally requires its provider to approve your message templates before anything sends. Email works immediately with no setup.

Calendar is a two-click connection per user, no admin work.

Assessments run through a separate service. Ask us before you rely on them for a live role.

Everything in the first three groups is on every plan. Self-booking, calendar sync, sequences and partner portals start at Agency. Time limits, the ageing report and automation rules start at Operator.
