All prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT. We invoice from Israel, so Israeli VAT is added for customers registered in Israel; everywhere else is zero-rated as an export and pays exactly the price shown.
Every plan does the whole job — hiring, screening, offers, onboarding, contracts, timesheets, leave, documents, equipment, offboarding and client invoicing. Moving up buys scale, the tools for paying people, and the reporting a bigger book needs. It never unlocks a stage of the lifecycle.
When you pass your plan's included people, additional ones are added to your next invoice at these rates. Nothing stops working and nothing is blocked.

We move you down, not up. When the next plan works out cheaper for your headcount, we switch you automatically and show the saving on your invoice.
Your first 60 days are billed on the base only, however many people you load in. Bring your whole book across without watching a number.
You're charged on the highest number of people you had at once in the month — not everyone who passed through it. Your current count, the day it peaked, and the exact people making it up are all visible in your workspace, alongside what your next invoice will be.
And nothing ever stops mid-task. Going over your included people never blocks a payroll run, an invoice, a payout, a signature, an offboarding or a portal login. It adds a line to your next invoice, and that's all.
On your plan, not on your growth. Additional people always bill monthly as you use them — we don't ask you to prepay for headcount you haven't had yet. Quarterly is also available at 5% off.
Annual becomes available once your workspace is 60 days old and managing at least one person. Prepaying a year on a product you've used for a week helps nobody.

What exactly counts as a person I'm charged for?
Anyone who, at any point in the month, is either placed with a client or on your books as an employee or contractor. We count the highest number you had at once during the month, not everyone who passed through.
Am I charged for candidates?
No. Candidates, applicants, everyone in your talent pools, and everyone you've ever rejected or archived are all free, on every plan, forever. Sourcing is the part of your job we most want you doing more of.
What if someone starts or leaves mid-month?
Someone who joins and leaves within the same month counts once. Someone who leaves stops counting from the following month. A permanent placement counts for 90 days from their start date, matching a standard guarantee period, and then stops.
What if the same person is both an employee and a placement?
They're counted once. And if someone holds one of your team logins, they're a team member — never both.
What happens when I go over?
Nothing stops. Additional people appear as a line on your next invoice at the published rate. We'll also move you to a cheaper plan automatically if your headcount makes one cheaper, and show you the saving.
Do I pay for my employees' logins?
No. Your employees, your clients and your partner agencies all get unlimited free logins on every plan. You're already paying for the people; charging for their access would be charging twice.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes — 21 days on any plan. We take card details at signup so nothing interrupts when the trial ends, and you can cancel in one click before then. If the trial lapses, your workspace stays open on entry-plan limits. We never lock a workspace that holds someone's employment records.
Who else is using it?
We're early enough that we'd rather show you the product than a wall of logos. Start a trial, run one real role through it, and judge it yourself — that's why there's no sales call in the way.
